Terms and Conditions

Packaging

All items are packaged with protection suiting the item being sent. All items will arrive packaged inside an NZ post bag.

Shipping

Currently, orders are only shipped within New Zealand.

All shipping is done via NZ Post and is shipped using a tracked service. NZ Posts estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days.

Please note we only send to physical addresses; no PO Boxes.

Pricing

New Zealand dollars are used to display the prices for the products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled if you make contact within 4 hours of ordering the item.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept fully private and won’t be disclosed to anyone else or any third parties. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not cover exchanges or returns for “change of mind”.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mochamoo.creations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Policy

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
