All items are packaged with protection suiting the item being sent. All items will arrive packaged inside an NZ post bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, orders are only shipped within New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All shipping is done via NZ Post and is shipped using a tracked service. NZ Posts estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note we only send to physical addresses; no PO Boxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders may be cancelled if you make contact within 4 hours of ordering the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not cover exchanges or returns for “change of mind”. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
